How to Order
The best way to order is by visiting our shop in person, however you can also;

It is best to order your balloons at least a week in advance, but 2 weeks or more for larger displays. Payment can be made over the phone or by bank transfer, if you cannot pay in person. No balloons will be inflated until payment has been made in full. All orders include a non refundable deposit of 20%, to secure your stock and collection time.

Balloons and the Planet
Our Latex Balloons are made with natural rubber latex, so they should biodegrade at the rate of an Oak leaf. That being said, please dispose of all latex into the bin and never release any balloons into the air. These still cause harm to wildlife and habitats.
Foil Balloons cannot currently be recycled in normal household waste, but they can be reused or recycled at teracycle establishments.
Helium is currently in short supply all over the World, due to how it is procured on Earth. Air filled displays are a great alternative and better value for your money, due to their longer lifespan!
We currently have a weight recycling scheme in our Newbury shop! Please remember to drop them back in (undamaged) for use to re use. You can also get 20p off of your purchase, with each large weight you return!
How long will my balloons last?
Air filled balloons have the best lifespan, lasting anywhere from weeks to Months! Helium filled latex balloons will only last around 12 – 15 hours, at their best. Foil Helium filled balloons can last up to a week. We always recommend collecting balloons on the same day as your event.
Avoid any extreme temperatures when storing both air and helium filled balloons, room temperature is always best. Heat causes balloons to expand and may burst, the cold makes them contract and deflate. Helium is affected more by this, however it also happend with air filled displays too.
Do not store balloons in places such as a car, garage, or conservatory for long periods of time. Other locations to avoid are draughts, or infront of heat sources. They will leave our shop in perfect, fault tested (where possible) conditions, and we are not resposible if they are damaged or lost once out of our care.
