This blue Princess girl dress, is from Wicked costumes and included the dress and headpiece. The Dress is a bright blue in colour in a silky material with netted snowflake sleeves. To accessorise, you have the blue crown on headband.

Perfect for any Princess or fairy godmother costume. You can also use this to create an Elsa costume from Disney’s Frozen. Although it is not an official costume, paired with a blonde wig, this would be perfect.
