This comedy knife through the head is from Fiestas Guirca and Smiffys’. Included is the headband featuring two knife halves with blood decoration. This is a one size accessory, but should fit most head sizes.
To make this appear more gruesome, you can add some fake blood to your head. If you want to preserve your own hair, use a wig, so you can really mess it up.
