How to use:

To inflate, open the plastic stopper and blow into the opening until the item is full. You can also use a manual or electric pump to inflate this item. To deflate, open the stopper and squeeze the opening, whilst pushing the air out of the item.

You can re-use this item; reduce waste by storing for future use instead of throwing this away.
