This purple tutu underskirt is from Smiffy’s Fever range and is a great addition to costumes. This tutu contains 4 layers of net attached to an elasticated waistband. This garment is 30cm in length and is best worn with tights or over shorts.

All tutus comes in one size fits most. This size bracket usually caters for UK women’s size 6 – 18. This garment waistband measures approximately 68cm (27″) unstretched, 89cm (35″) fully stretched.
