This Vintage Clown Boy Costume, is from Smiffy’s. Includes the trousers, top, and headband. The top is tattered and grey with striped sleeves and red pom pom buttons and bow tie attached. To complete the look, you have the matching trousers and mini pointed clown hat on a headband.
