This White Spell Weaver Witch Costume, is a great costume choice. This includes the dress and hat. The white dress is a long fishtail velvet style with ruched body, 3/4 flared sleeves, and cut out v front panel with lovely iridescent netting. To complete the look, you have the matching pointed white hat.

This has been in storage, so there is damage to the outer packaging. This does not affect the quality of the costume.
